1. INSPECTION ; The inspection process involved identification of problems or pests through a detailed inspection of your property. Bro Pest Control Technician will look for any signs of infestation, stages of pests (cockroaches, bed bugs), extend of activites, damages, food sources, breeding place, including entry points and optimal conditions (moisture, temperature). 
2. DAMAGES ASSESSMENT;  Technicians assess the damage and its extent; both health and property, especially those pests that inflict damage to property, items, foods products, stored grain, wood or furniture. Some pest presence is enough to eradicate or control them e.g. mice, bed bugs, and cockroaches.
3. ASSESSMENT OF PEST INFESTATION LEVEL; Through the combination of above two steps, technicians will assess the pest numbers, and extend their activities that vary pest to pest.   A professional and experienced technician will give the pest presence as low, high, moderate, severe or very high level of infestation.
   
4. SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE CONTROL METHOD;  On the basis of all above information technicians will decide the appropriate control methods e.g. live traps, prevention, exclusion, modification of environment, chemical treatment. All these process may applied  as stand alone or with combination especially use of chemicals.
   
5. TREATMENT; Technicians will explain and impart customers on the treatment process, its effects, pest behaviour after treatment, precaution, re-entry time and safety and best ways to protect your home from new or recurring pest infestation.
   
6. EDUCATION; Technicians will begin the treatment process by using a variety of methods and products to address your specific pest problems including interior and exterior of property.      
7. FOLLOW UP;  Depending on your pest control option e.g. single treatment or extended guarantee plan, technicians will perform a follow-up inspection or treatment as necessary. Follow-visits vary due to pest destructiveness and level of infestation, monthly, bimonthly or quarterly once a year to complete a check for termites. All activity found would be treated under the warranty. Business structure may need a continuous follow-up for monitoring plan e.g. rodents and cockroaches year around, while annoying pest one to couple of follow-up.
